If you need a flexible schedule, you prefer to learn on your own and / or want to focus on some particular aspects of the language such as pronunciation, fluency or formal writing, this course is a good choice. Once you complete our free placement test and discuss your learning needs with us, we will match you with one of our experienced teachers who will plan a sequence of classes for you. The programme of the course is based on our excellent syllabus, but selected aspects are modified to meet individual needs of the student.
In class you will be able to focus on some pre-selected aspects of the language such as pronunciation, fluency or formal writing. You can also choose to learn some specialised language such as medical English or English for tourism etc.
You will have classes on days and times that suit you. We offer one-to-one classes in packs of 10 hours each.
Mini groups are similar to one-to-one tuition but classes are organised for small groups of friends, workmates or relatives (2 to 4 people per class). This is a perfect option for couples and families, as well as friends or colleagues who wish to study in an intimate, small group setting at a reasonable price. We offer classes for groups of 2-4 people, who have similar levels of English and who would like to learn English together while in Dublin. The course programme is based on our excellent syllabus, but it is modified to meet the individual needs of our students. Extras which have been included so far include, but are not limited to: English for nursing, elements of business English, as well as CV and cover letter writing guidance for the Irish work market. The number of lessons varies depending on the number of participants in the group (see the table below for details.) Classes can take place any time during the day from Monday to Sunday. The teacher and the group choose a date and time for each class together. The fee per person is always the same, but the bigger the group is, the more hours come in one pack. Please see table below for details.

We want our students to learn everyday English that will allow them to communicate at work and in everyday situations. Classes follow a balanced syllabus based on leading EFL course books by Oxford and Cambridge. In class we use a combination of textbook exercises, authentic materials and some online applications. We make sure classes are well-planned, engaging and delivered in a friendly atmosphere. More traditional grammar and vocabulary exercises seamlessly interlock with reading and listening comprehension tasks, role-play, interactive games and small projects. Apart from teaching the language we also try to expose our students to the Irish culture, its beautiful landmarks and interesting history. Our main asset are the teachers - fully qualified, experienced and passionate about what they do.
