Most of our classes are provided in-person, in the school building. The school continues to run selected online classes for students who prefer to study from home. If you sign up for any course, online or offline, you will be taught in a small, level matched group of students by an experienced and friendly teacher. Discounts apply on early bookings.
In class you will be introduced to all the exam tasks, learn many exam techniques and complete plenty of past and sample exam papers. You will also work on your grammar and vocabulary, improve your speaking, reading, listening and writing and also focus on formal English. At the end of your course you will take a mock exam and afterwards you will receive detailed feedback with tips for further self-study. We offer IELTS exam preparation for both individuals (one-to-one classes) and for groups. Please see the table below for details.

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the world’s most popular English-language test recognised by thousands of educational and governmental institutions and employers around the world.
You can choose between IELTS Academic or IELTS General Training – before registering for the exam, check with the organisation you are applying for to find out which version of the exam they require. IELTS results are graded on the 9-band scale. On your certificate you receive an overall score as well as an individual score for each paper.
Latest News [last modified 12 December 2024]:
The exam consists of four papers, each of them testing different language skill as used in a real life context: reading, listening, writing and speaking.
You need to register for the exam at an approved exam centre a few weeks before it is scheduled. You can take the exam nearly every week. We would be happy to help with the registration process free of charge. Please note the exam fee payable to the IELTS exam centre in Dublin is not included in the course fee.
